With 25 years of dedicated experience in estate planning and elder law, Wesley brings both deep expertise and a personal commitment to every client relationship. He earned his Doctor of Law (JD) in Estate Planning from the University of Florida and further advanced his credentials with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 (Bar No. 527068), Wesley is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida, and has served as Past President of the Martin County Bar Association Real Property & Estate Planning Committee.

Wesley’s path to estate and elder law was shaped by watching his father practice law in an unconventional and deeply compassionate way – accepting payment in forms as varied as flowers, sugarcane, or even chickens when clients needed help but couldn’t afford traditional fees. “Passion for helping others runs in my blood,” Wesley explains. When he joined his father’s practice in 2001 to focus on estates and trusts, he carried those lessons forward, understanding that being a lawyer means standing by people when they need it most. As a sixth-generation Floridian raised in Stuart, Wesley’s deep roots in the community inform his approach to advocacy – one that goes beyond drafting documents to truly protecting families and shielding them from life’s challenges.
