Wesley R. Harvin, II grew up in Stuart, FL and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 2001. Wes continued his expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2002. Wes has practiced law in Stuart ever since and alongside his father, the late Wesley R. Harvin, focusing on the areas of Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Litigation and Elder Law.
Wesley is a presenter and speaker for the Florida Bar Continuing Education Credits and Continuing Education Credits for paralegals and accountants in Florida. He has presented over 200 hours of credits in the past five years. He has also served as an expert witness in contract matters in civil litigation and trust litigation and has litigated in state and Federal Court. Wes has served as Past President of the Martin County Bar Association Real Property & Estate Planning Committee and is a proud new resident of St. Lucie County.
Florida Super Lawyers has recognized Wes for his hard work. And Wes is very proud that he advised the Board of Directors of two charitable foundations for the support of injured US Servicemen and Servicewomen, and for the support and betterment of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
