Nicholas Castellanos is a dedicated attorney serving families across the Treasure Coast. As our Estate Planning and Probate Attorney, Nicholas is known for his gentle, reassuring approach with clients during what are often stressful and emotional times.
A Stuart, Florida native, Nicholas’s path to law has been shaped by a global perspective. Before entering the legal profession, he earned a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Florida. He went on to receive his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and then pursued advanced studies in Europe, graduating Magna Cum Laude with an LL.M. in International Commercial and Economic Law from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland.
While in Europe, Nicholas worked alongside attorneys across multiple countries on complex matters involving international class actions, mass torts, product liability, and human rights. This diverse experience sharpened his ability to analyze intricate legal issues and advocate across cultural and legal boundaries.
Back in Florida, Nicholas has represented clients in estate planning, probate, and civil litigation. Today, with The Estate, Trust & Elder Law Firm, he focuses his practice on helping individuals and families protect their legacies and navigate the challenges of probate with clarity and confidence.
Nicholas is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, enabling him to serve a wide range of clients with warmth and understanding.
